Description
Tracked shutters are installed such that the shutters “hang” from the top track, using a wheeled carriage system, and the bottom of the shutters are set so that they are simply guided along a bottom ‘runner’ which can be either mounted in a base board or just within a low profile aluminium profile secured directly to the floor.
If there is carpet in place, we recommend using the track-in-board solution.
These shutters must be set in even numbers, ie 4,6,8, etc, but beware that 6 panels would require either 6 panels in one direction, or a 2/4 setup if you wanted them to split… you cannot install as 3/3
Tracked shutters run beautifully along the track and will fold effortlessly to the side, affording the ultimate solution for that ‘open feeling’ to the room.
