Cliff could not have been more helpful, from the initial quote which was fully broken down around different options, to measuring up and making bespoke recommendations, to the fitting, which was incredibly efficient and the blinds functioning was well explained. Cliff advises and shares options and opinions. Products available to see when he attends. A super service from start to finish. After care is great. No problem too small for Cliff to attend too. He has high standards. Very good value for money.

We had researched prior to contacting Cliff who was very quick to come out and quote. Cliff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us choose the right shutter blinds and advised how they should open depending on where located in the house. Installation went smoothly with no errors or disappointments and Cliff was amazing with our kittens and dog – they gave him no peace! 2 months on and wr are delighted with the binds.

The Service was impeccable from the start right through to the installation. Cliff explained ALL ways/styles etc, there was No obligation or pushiness, the after care is also second to none. Have already recommended and they are going ahead with orders too. I HIGHLY recommend Pay Later Shutters….so much better than the main stream Hilarys etc etc in every way…cost, service, quality…..we will definitely be back to Cliff for other properties.:)..nothing is too much trouble for this company!! I think it’s really important to talk to somebody who really relishes in the process of helping you design, and understand, your perfect shutter solution. This is not about a salesman turning up to show you some samples, taking a few measurements, and then starting to “sell” to you, its about making absolutely sure that your shutter design is fully communicated and understood, and engages with your ‘inner designer’ to understand exactly what you are trying to achieve…

Occasion

Of course, there may be an occasion where you simply want a super-fast, efficient service with my “best recommendation”… no problem, the appointment is yours to use exactly how you would like, with zero pressure and nothing but the best advice. Maybe you were inspired by a picture on a website, or by a friend who has just had shutters! Either way, with 10’s of 1000’s of windows surveyed, its pretty fair to say I have seem most things, and can make absolutely sure your plans become a wonderful reality, and not a “shutter disaster”
